Cleaning of units
A full clean of both the inside and outside units is undertaken for all customers.
The outside units can be affected by numerous items: ant nests, cockroaches, leaves and even bird nests! These are removed before the coils and unit are given a good clean. The unit is then sprayed to discourage pests from returning .
The inside unit is fully cleaned - filters and coils. The coils can be affected by mould which can cause respiratory issues for some, so they are thoroughly sprayed and washed down. The filters are cleared of any dust to ensure they are effective.
All units are cleaned down to ensure a tidy appearance.
The units are then checked to ensure they are working properly before the job is completed.

Maintenance
As an engineer Paul can carry out some maintenance work on the units such as replacing outside unit fan motors and renewing insulation on pipes.
For repairs that he isn't able to do he is happy to recommend suitably qualified people to do this work.

Cost
As at 1 January 2025 the prices are:
$100 for a full clean
$90 for superannuitants
Discounts apply for multiple units on one site (contact for more information)
A $20 travel charge will be added to jobs outside of Masterton/ Carterton area
